Analytics & Attribution Data: If you accept optional analytics on the ShareCraft website, Google Analytics (GA4) and PostHog may process pseudonymous browser identifiers, page views, referral and campaign parameters, browser type, and general geographic region. Mobile analytics are also off by default. If you enable Optional Analytics in Settings, PostHog processes pseudonymous product interactions, device and reliability information, and, after sign-in, your ShareCraft user ID and account context. We never send passwords, uploaded content, or advertising identifiers. You can opt out at any time.
Cookies, Sessions & Local Storage: The public website stores only your language and consent choices unless you accept optional analytics. The authenticated mobile service uses a signed session token to keep your account signed in. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Waitlist Data: If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and any UTM parameters from the referring link (e.g., campaign source, medium) to understand how you found us.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ShareCraft application and website operated by Jugadas Estrategicas, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using ShareCraft, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use ShareCraft. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
ShareCraft is a platform that helps co-owners of boats and aircraft manage shared schedules, communicate through announcements, store documents, and manage group membership. ShareCraft is a coordination tool and does not provide legal, financial, maritime, or aviation advisory services. ShareCraft does not facilitate the purchase, sale, or financing of any asset.
You must create an account to use ShareCraft. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. ShareCraft offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Early bird pricing ($14.99/month or $124.99/year), where applicable, is locked in for the lifetime of the subscription as long as it remains active and in good standing. Standard pricing is $29.99/month or $249.99/year. Subscriptions may include a free trial period as determined by the app store. We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers with 30 days notice. All fees are in US Dollars.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (documents, photos, announcements). By uploading content, you grant Jugadas Estrategicas, Inc. a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it to authorized members of your assets as necessary to provide the service. You represent that you have the right to upload any content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
ShareCraft, including its name, logo, design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Jugadas Estrategicas, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding.
ShareCraft may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party service.
ShareCraft is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jugadas Estrategicas, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ShareCraft, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, scheduling conflicts, or disputes between co-owners. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jugadas Estrategicas, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen within the app. Alternatively, you may contact [email protected] to request account deletion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data deletion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ShareCraft shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration body, rather than in court. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Small claims court actions are excluded from this provision.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, EULA, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jugadas Estrategicas, Inc. regarding the use of ShareCraft.

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Jugadas Estrategicas, Inc. ("Company," "Licensor") for the use of the ShareCraft application ("Application"). By installing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the ShareCraft Application on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes in managing co-owned assets, subject to the terms of this EULA.
This license does not allow you to use the Application on any device you do not own or control. The Application is licensed, not sold. The Company retains all rights not expressly granted.

The Application may utilize third-party services for hosting, analytics, or functionality. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. The Company is not responsible for third-party services.

If you purchased a subscription directly through our website, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have not substantially used the service. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected].
If you cancel an early bird subscription and later re-subscribe, the early bird rate may no longer be available. Early bird pricing is locked in only for continuously active subscriptions.
