Delete your account
You are always in control of your ShareCraft data. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and the bookings, announcements, documents, memberships, and uploaded files associated with it, subject only to records we must retain by law.
Delete immediately in the app
- Open ShareCraft and go to Settings.
- Scroll to Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address attached to your account. We will verify ownership and complete the request within 30 days.
