Analytics & Attribution Data: On the ShareCraft website, we use Google Analytics (GA4) and PostHog to collect anonymized usage data such as page views, referral sources, UTM campaign parameters, browser type, and general geographic region. These tools set their own cookies and may assign a persistent identifier to your browser. Within the mobile app, PostHog collects anonymized event data (e.g., feature usage, screen views) to help us improve the product. No advertising identifiers are collected.

Cookies & Session Data: We use session cookies to authenticate users and analytics cookies to measure site traffic. See our Cookie Policy for more details.

Waitlist Data: If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and any UTM parameters from the referring link (e.g., campaign source, medium) to understand how you found us.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Enable asset co-ownership features (calendar, announcements, documents, members)

3. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

• With co-owners: Your profile name, booking information, and announcements are visible to other members of the same asset.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Passwords hashed with bcrypt (12 rounds)
• Signed session cookies (httpOnly, secure in production, sameSite lax)
• Rate limiting on authentication endpoints
• Input validation and role-based access control
• Session regeneration on login to prevent fixation attacks

While we implement robust security, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute data security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Waitlist email addresses are retained until the waitlist period ends. You can delete your account directly from the app under Settings, or by contacting us at hello@sharecraft.ai. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use ShareCraft. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of Service

ShareCraft is a platform that helps co-owners of boats and aircraft manage shared schedules, communicate through announcements, store documents, and manage group membership. ShareCraft is a coordination tool and does not provide legal, financial, maritime, or aviation advisory services. ShareCraft does not facilitate the purchase, sale, or financing of any asset.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use ShareCraft. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@sharecraft.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription & Pricing

ShareCraft offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Early bird pricing ($14.99/month or $124.99/year), where applicable, is locked in for the lifetime of the subscription as long as it remains active and in good standing. Standard pricing is $29.99/month or $249.99/year. Subscriptions may include a free trial period as determined by the app store. We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers with 30 days notice. All fees are in US Dollars.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ShareCraft for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks
• Attempt unauthorized access to other user accounts or the service infrastructure
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the service without permission
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (documents, photos, announcements). By uploading content, you grant Jugadas Estrategicas, Inc. a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it to authorized members of your assets as necessary to provide the service. You represent that you have the right to upload any content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

ShareCraft, including its name, logo, design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Jugadas Estrategicas, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

8. Third-Party Services

ShareCraft may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ShareCraft is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jugadas Estrategicas, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ShareCraft, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, scheduling conflicts, or disputes between co-owners. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jugadas Estrategicas, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen within the app. Alternatively, you may contact hello@sharecraft.ai to request account deletion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data deletion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ShareCraft shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration body, rather than in court. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Small claims court actions are excluded from this provision.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, EULA, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jugadas Estrategicas, Inc. regarding the use of ShareCraft.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Jugadas Estrategicas, Inc. ("Company," "Licensor") for the use of the ShareCraft application ("Application"). By installing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the ShareCraft Application on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes in managing co-owned assets, subject to the terms of this EULA.

2. Scope of License

This license does not allow you to use the Application on any device you do not own or control. The Application is licensed, not sold. The Company retains all rights not expressly granted.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or lend the Application to any third party
• Use the Application to develop a competing product or service
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Application
• Use the Application in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, code, logos, text, graphics, and all content, is the intellectual property of Jugadas Estrategicas, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Your content uploaded through the Application remains your property.

5. Updates & Maintenance

The Company may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Application. Some updates may be required for continued use. The Company is not obligated to provide maintenance, support, updates, or enhancements, except as required by applicable law.

6. Third-Party Services

The Application may utilize third-party services for hosting, analytics, or functionality. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. The Company is not responsible for third-party services.

7. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded the Application from the Apple App Store:

• This EULA is between you and Jugadas Estrategicas, Inc., not Apple Inc.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Application
• In the event of a failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it against you
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country

8. Google Play Store Terms

If you downloaded the Application from Google Play:

• This EULA is between you and Jugadas Estrategicas, Inc., not Google LLC
• Google has no obligation regarding the Application beyond making it available on Google Play
• Google is not responsible for the Application or its content
• You agree to comply with Google Play Terms of Service

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Jugadas Estrategicas, Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jugadas Estrategicas, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Application.

11. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your ShareCraft subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
• Your data will remain accessible until the end of the billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation
• You can request account and data deletion at any time

2. Refunds for App Store Purchases

If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests must be submitted through the respective store:

• Google Play Store: Visit the Google Play app, go to your subscriptions, and follow the refund process, or contact Google Play Support

Refund eligibility is determined by the app store's refund policies.

3. Refunds for Direct Purchases

If you purchased a subscription directly through our website, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have not substantially used the service. Refund requests should be sent to hello@sharecraft.ai.

4. Early Bird Pricing

If you cancel an early bird subscription and later re-subscribe, the early bird rate may no longer be available. Early bird pricing is locked in only for continuously active subscriptions.

5. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

How do I create an account?
